Logline
Late-shift workers are frozen in the dim flicker of the neon night lights. Framed by the street
shop windows, touchingly unprotected to the passerby’s gaze. As reality starts to glitch, the
sides of the window switch and the inequality of immigrant workers comes to light.

Sara Jurincic
Filmmaker from Croatia based in Copenhagen. Graduated
MA at AF Zagreb in 2015. and 2017. She graduated at
Restart documentary film school. Her new
experimental-documentary short film “VALERIJA” already
won 13 international awards including The Heart of Sarajevo,
European Film Awards nomination at ZINEBI Film Festival,
Grand Prix at Rabat Int. Film Festival, 25FPS and many
more, including being shown on over 50 intl. film festivals.
From 2018. She established NOMAD STUDIO and VOID
LAB, art and spatial experiment labs. She has been part of
emerging talent programs at CPH:DOX, IDFA, Dok Leipzig,
Sarajevo Talents and EW Talent Lab. Her graduation short
film “September 3.2105.” won multiple awards and was
shown at more than 40 international film festivals, with an
international premiere at Oberhausen film festival.She is now
developing her debut feature length film “13.4443°, 144.7937°
Trench” and a new short film “Closing time”.
